2. CO2 in flue gas reacts with Ca(OH)2 in spray water to form CaSO3 precipitation.
3、煙氣中的CO2與噴淋水中的Ca(OH)2反應(yīng)生成CaCO3沉淀。
3. CO2 in flue gas reacts with Ca(OH)2 in spray water to form CaCO3 precipitation.
4、在循環(huán)水噴淋過程中CaCO3被H2SO3置換成CaSO3。

為降低CaO(石灰)的消耗量，在噴淋水循環(huán)中，應(yīng)保持噴淋水的PH值在5-6之間，由于噴淋水中的H2SO3濃度不斷增加PH值降至5.5以下時(shí)，應(yīng)攪拌水石灰，使噴淋水的PH值達(dá)到8以上。

注意事項(xiàng)：

1、每班(8小時(shí))攪拌石灰漿2-3次。
1. Mix lime slurry 2-3 times per shift (8 hours).
2、每班清理除塵器底部沉淀物1-2次。
2. Clean the bottom sediment of the dust collector 1-2 times per shift.
這種脫硫技術(shù)的缺點(diǎn)是: 管道及噴咀易堵塞。
