沼氣是一種清潔能源，可通過多種生物質(zhì)發(fā)酵獲得。我國有著儲量巨大的生物質(zhì)資源，包括農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)和城市固體廢棄物，及其他相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的副產(chǎn)品等。沼氣利用的途徑有多種，比如直接利用燃燒供熱、熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)或者提純凈化后作為車載燃?xì)?、家庭供熱、化工原料等天然氣使用。沼氣?jīng)過提純凈化制備的生物天然氣，可以完全替代石化天然氣，根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性，我國能轉(zhuǎn)化當(dāng)量生物天然氣1200億立方米，可以大幅降低我國對石化天然氣依賴程度。
Biogas is a kind of clean energy, which can be obtained by fermentation of a variety of biomass. China has huge reserves of biomass resources, including agricultural, industrial and municipal solid waste, as well as by-products of other related industries. For example, there are many ways to use natural gas for heating, purification and chemical co generation after vehicle combustion, or directly use natural gas as heating raw materials. Biogas prepared by purification of biogas can completely replace petrochemical natural gas. According to the existing technical level and economic feasibility, China can convert 120 billion cubic meters of equivalent biological natural gas, which can greatly reduce China's dependence on Petrochemical Natural gas.
沼氣提純精制生物天然氣是沼氣提純凈化制備高品質(zhì)生物天然氣、大幅提升甲烷利用品質(zhì)的技術(shù)。目前沼氣脫碳的主要工藝包括有機(jī)胺吸收法、壓力水洗法、膜分離方法、變壓吸附法、物理吸收法、深冷分離法等。而本項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術(shù)集成了水洗脫碳過程中閃蒸技術(shù)的合理有效利用技術(shù)、吸收塔解吸塔內(nèi)部核心部件的開發(fā)、同步回收二氧化碳技術(shù)、沼氣工程的能量集成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和自動化控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)。本項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術(shù)結(jié)合撬裝設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)理念，可在各種處理規(guī)模的沼氣工程中加以應(yīng)用推廣。
Biogas purification and purification of biological natural gas is a technology of biogas purification and purification to prepare high-quality biological natural gas and greatly improve the utilization quality of methane. At present, the main processes of biogas decarbonization include organic amine absorption method, pressure washing method, membrane separation method, pressure swing adsorption method, physical absorption method, cryogenic separation method, etc. The biogas pressurized water washing technology developed in this project integrates the reasonable and effective utilization technology of flash technology in the process of water washing and decarbonization, the development of core components in the absorption tower and desorption tower, the technology of synchronous carbon dioxide recovery, the design of energy integration system and automatic control system of biogas engineering. Combined with the design concept of skid mounted equipment, the biogas pressurized water washing technology developed in this project can be applied and popularized in biogas projects of various treatment scales.
