脫硫系統(tǒng)是我公司為沼氣發(fā)電定向設計大工藝。它結(jié)合沼氣發(fā)電大實際需求，對沼氣進行系統(tǒng)的脫硫、脫水。脫硫采用物理、化學相結(jié)合，脫水采用機械、氣水分離膜技術(shù)，整個脫硫脫水處理工藝簡單、管理方便、運行費用低等優(yōu)點。

Desulfurization system is a large process designed by our company for biogas power generation. Combined with the actual demand of biogas power generation, it carries out systematic desulfurization and dehydration of biogas. The desulfurization adopts the combination of physics and chemistry, and the dehydration adopts the mechanical and gas water separation membrane technology. The whole desulfurization and dehydration process has the advantages of simple, convenient management and low operation cost.

運行過程：沼氣通過脫硫反應塔將沼氣中H2S從氣相轉(zhuǎn)化成液相，脫硫反應塔就是一個洗滌塔。

Operation process: H2S in biogas is converted from gas phase to liquid phase through desulfurization reaction tower, which is a washing tower.

沼氣從塔底部進入并穿過濾料床。循環(huán)水從塔頂進入，經(jīng)過噴頭打散，自由落體穿過濾床，濾料可以使沼氣與循環(huán)水進一步打散和延長接觸時間，提高洗滌效果。含有硫化物的循環(huán)水從脫硫反應塔底部流入再生池。

Biogas enters from the bottom of the tower and passes through the filter bed. The circulating water enters from the top of the tower, is dispersed by the nozzle, and falls freely through the filter bed. The filter material can further disperse the biogas and circulating water, prolong the contact time, and improve the washing effect. The circulating water containing sulfide flows into the regeneration pool from the bottom of the desulfurization reaction tower.
